Shipping and Delivery

When will my first box ship?

‎Order by the 4th of the month to receive that month's Squawk Box. We ship your box by the second week of each month.

Where do you ship?

‎At this time, Squawk Box only ships to the United States and Canada.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

‎Shipping on all Squawk Boxes is free within the contiguous 48 United States! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is a flat $10 charge per box.

When will I receive my Squawk Box?

‎All Squawk Boxes ship within the first two weeks of each month. Once your box is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

How do I change my address?

‎Let's make sure your bird's Squawk Box gets to the right place. If you need to change your shipping address do so as soon as possible.

How do I track my shipment?

‎When your order ships you will receive an email notification with the associated tracking information.

Do you accept returns?

‎‎Unfortunately we cannot accept returned items from Squawk Boxes. If there is something wrong with your box, please contact us and we will make it right. Please consider donating unused toys/treats to a local bird shelter.

I checked my tracking number. Why hasn't my box moved in a while?

‎We hate to see this happen, it's super frustrating. Unfortunately, we cannot control any delays that may happen after your Squawk Box leaves our facility.

My box shipped to the wrong address!

‎Oh no! We want to do everything we can to get you your Squawk Box. It's easy to forget to change our address after moving and that's ok.

My order is marked"delivered", but I never got my box?

‎This is a confusing and frustrating problem. Sometimes mail carriers will mark a package as "delivered" before the box actually reaches its final destination. Boxes will often arrive a day or two after being marked delivered.

How come my Squawk Box delivery failed and was returned to sender?

‎Oh no! This is very frustrating to deal with. Failed deliveries can be confusing as the post office is never very clear on why the delivery did not succeed.
