Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on items from Squawk Boxes for safety reasons.

However, if something isn’t quite right with your box, please reach out to us, and we’ll work to make it right—your satisfaction is our top priority!

If you have unused toys or treats that your bird can’t enjoy, we kindly encourage you to consider donating them to a local bird rescue or shelter. It’s a wonderful way to help other feathered friends in need!
