When will my first box ship?Updated a month ago
We know you’re excited to get your first Squawk Box—and so are we!
Here’s how it works:
We ship all our subscription boxes in one batch monthly.
Order by the 4th of the month to receive that month's Squawk Box. We ship your box by the second week of each month.
Subscribers who order after the 4th of the month will be shipped their first box the following month. Please see an example ordering table below:

Once your box ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you and your feathered friend can eagerly watch for its arrival!
We can often accommodate subscribers that ordered after soon the cutoff date. If you would like to see if your shipment is eligible to be moved up a month, please contact us.
Please allow 7-14 business days after your box is shipped to receive it.
Note: orders that contain multiple different products/addons may be shipped separately and from different locations around the US.
