I checked my tracking number. Why hasn't my box moved in a while?Updated a month ago

We hate to see this happen, it's super frustrating. Unfortunately, we cannot control any delays that may happen after your Squawk Box leaves our facility.

Even though it may look like your box is stuck, fear not they almost always end up making it to their final destination. We ask that you please wait at least 14 business days before contacting us for a replacement box. If you box hasn't moved by then, we will happily ship you a replacement, even if it means you get two boxes!

International packages may be held up for additional time due to customs inspection. We do not have any control over when your package will be released. Please be patient as it is very rare that our boxes don't get delivered.


We know how frustrating it can be when it looks like your Squawk Box is stuck in transit. Sometimes, the carrier's tracking is unreliable and may take a while to update. Don't fret, however, your box will get to you!


Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • Shipping Delays: Sometimes tracking doesn’t update right away, but rest assured your box is still on its way to you.
  • Wait 14 Business Days: If it seems like your box hasn’t moved, please allow at least 14 business days for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived by then, reach out to us, and we’ll happily send you a replacement—even if that means your bird gets two boxes! 🎉

International Shipping:

If you’re outside the U.S., packages may be delayed due to customs inspections. While we don’t have control over when they’re released, it’s extremely rare for a Squawk Box not to be delivered—your patience is greatly appreciated!
