I checked my tracking number. Why hasn't my box moved in a while?Updated 2 years ago

We hate to see this happen, it's super frustrating. Unfortunately, we cannot control any delays that may happen after your Squawk Box leaves our facility.

Even though it may look like your box is stuck, fear not they almost always end up making it to their final destination. We ask that you please wait at least 14 business days before contacting us for a replacement box. If you box hasn't moved by then, we will happily ship you a replacement, even if it means you get two boxes!

International packages may be held up for additional time due to customs inspection. We do not have any control over when your package will be released. Please be patient as it is very rare that our boxes don't get delivered.
