My box shipped to the wrong address!Updated 2 years ago

Oh no! We want to do everything we can to get you your Squawk Box. It's easy to forget to change our address after moving and that's ok.

After a box leaves our facility there is unfortunately no way for us to stop or reroute the package. Since we ship USPS the best course of action is to make sure that you have mail forwarding setup. You can do that on the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

Don't forget to change your address on your subscription. You can find out how to do that in our "How do I change my address" article.

If mail forwarding doesn't work. Please reach out to our support team and we will try to make things right.
