My box shipped to the wrong address!Updated a month ago
Oh no! Don’t worry—we’ll do everything we can to help get your Squawk Box to you. It happens to the best of us; sometimes we forget to update our address after moving, and that’s okay!
Here’s what to do:
Check for Mail Forwarding:
Once a box leaves our facility, we unfortunately can’t stop or reroute it. Since we ship with USPS, your best option is to ensure you have mail forwarding set up. You can set it up easily on the USPS website here:
