My order is marked"delivered", but I never got my box?Updated a year ago

This is a confusing and frustrating problem. Sometimes mail carriers will mark a package as "delivered" before the box actually reaches its final destination. Boxes will often arrive a day or two after being marked delivered.

If this happens to you please take the following steps before reaching out to our support team:

1. Make sure that your address is 100% correct on your shipping information. Often times apartment numbers or street numbers can be off by a couple of digits.
2. If your address is correct, check with your neighbors to see if the box was delivered to a wrong address.
3. If you're in an apartment and have a mail center, be sure to check in with them to see if they have your box.
4. Check with your local post office about your packages whereabouts.
5. Wait at least 24 hours after being marked as delivered to see if the box shows up the next day.
