When will I be billed?

‎You will be billed for your first box when you order. After that, you will be billed on the 20th of each month. You can always check your renewal date in your customer portal.

My payment failed, what do I do?

Most of the time, failed payments are due to an expired payment method. Make sure that your payment details are up to date. To update your payment method, check out the How do I update my payment method? article.

What is your refund policy?

We offer our "Happy Birds Only" guarantee to make sure that you are your birdie are fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your Squawk Box, please reach out to our support team here and we will make it right

Why do I have a $0 order in my account?

‎Don't fret! This is to be expected. When you order a multi-month prepay subscription (i.e. 3 month or 6 month), we generate $0.0 prepaid orders on the 20th of each month to secure your spot for next month's box.
