Can I re-schedule future boxes?Updated 4 hours ago
Yes! You can move your upcoming boxes to any month within 6 months using the customer portal.
Note: Reschedules can only be moved to a fixed day (i.e. the 20th) of a month within the customer portal. If you would like to change your renewal date to a day other than the 20th, please reach out to our team and we will help you.
Follow the following steps to change your renewal date:
1. Log into your Squawk Box account at: https://squawkboxes.com/account/login
2. Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button

3. Find the subscription whose renewal you would like to skip and click "View Details"

4. Select "Re-schedule" and follow the prompts
